Shipping & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing iPeek-a-boo. Because we specialize in custom-crafted, personalized treasures, our logistical and returns policies are structured differently from off-the-shelf retail brands.

1. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Standard Pre-Made Templates: Orders using our standard, pre-designed templates are processed and dispatched within our standard processing timeline.

Custom/Non-Templated Designs Clause: If your order involves a completely unique design that deviates from our pre-made store templates, production timelines shift. Please expect your order to be dispatched 3 business days after the final design is explicitly confirmed and signed off by you.

2. Refund Policy

No Refunds/Cancellations: Due to the bespoke, customized nature of our inventory, refunds or order cancellations are strictly not applicable.

Quality Check Assurance: Every single piece, be it a sticker set, a bag tag, or an interactive activity book, undergoes a rigorous multi-point quality check before it is packaged and handed over to our shipping partner.

3. Resend Order Clause (Our Mistakes)

While we check everything meticulously, we take full accountability if we make a mistake. We will gladly reprint and resend your order completely free of charge under the following conditions:

There is a clear spelling error made on our end that deviates from your original submitted order text.

There is a noticeable technical print error (such as misaligned cuts, extreme colour bleeding, or ink smudges) that renders the product imperfect.

To claim a replacement under the Resend Clause, please email us a clear photo of the error within 48 hours of receiving the package at: ipeekabooenquiry@gmail.com
