1. Personalized and Custom Orders
Accuracy of Information: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accurate spelling of names and choice of themes during order placement. iPeek-a-boo will print exactly what is submitted in the order form.
Bespoke Nature: Our products (including activity books, name stickers, and bag tags) are made-to-order, customized items. Once production begins, changes cannot be accommodated.
2. Customer Approval / Sign-Off
For completely customized or non-templated designs, production will only begin once the client provides an explicit confirmation or digital sign-off. Any delay in response will naturally extend the production timeline.
3. Intellectual Property
All artwork, custom theme templates, website graphics, layouts, and descriptions featured on https://ipeekaboo.in/ are the exclusive intellectual property of iPeek-a-boo and may not be reproduced or copied without written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
iPeek-a-boo is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect spelling input by the user at the time of order placement.
